The Team Behind the Transformation

Brownfields Gestion was founded in 2006 by two engineers specialised in waste treatment and soil decontamination, who saw a radically different way to approach urban real estate. Over nearly two decades, they have built a multidisciplinary team of over 80 professionals combining environmental science, urban planning, architecture, real estate finance, and project management. Together, they have the expertise to navigate the complexity of every brownfield site and bring each project from contaminated ground to living neighbourhood.
